In January 2009 - a new business venture commenced in Formby Village centre, that will develop into a comprehensive Business Centre for offices, training and VIRTUAL office facilities + it retains the existing Gym and Treatment rooms for Classes, Massage, Reikki and Physio treatments.
Parking facilities are right behind the venue plus “on road and supermarkets” within 2 minutes walk.
GYM - membership is from under £4 PER WEEK!
Full range of classes for non members also - LBT - Pilates - Yoga - Boxercise etc….

8am > 8pm Monday - Friday
9am > 1.30pm - Weekends
OFFICES - Very Modern in a fantastic environment- short or long term licence “easy in/easy out” from £60 per week
